Base Attribute: Charisma
Description: The ability to strike fear into the hearts of others, whether in battle or out. In social (or antisocial) situations this skill can be used to compel someone to do something they wouldn’t otherwise wish to, such as divulge a secret, tell a lie for you or give you their lunch money. In combat, intimidate can be used to undermine an enemy’s resolve, applying a -2 penalty to its next attack. It may also be used to force a bloodied combatant to surrender if the intimidating party is not also bloodied.
